About the Role & Program
The Walt Disney Company's games business is one of the world's largest licensors of games across platforms. Our games teams work closely with external development studios to build original stories through high-quality games inspired by the worlds of the Disney, Pixar, and 20th!
The Walt Disney Games Brand Relations team partners with production, creative, and marketing in the Disney Game to deliver world-class games for Disney, Pixar, and 20th.
We work on assigned titles within the Walt Disney Games business. Your internship plays a meaningful role in coordinating schedules, details, notes, and deliverables across all assigned titles in a collaborative, organized, and timely fashion while also gaining firsthand experience of the Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands!
What You Will Do
Support the Disney, Pixar, and 20th Games team in production, creative, and marketing providing content and reference for all required Disney IP's
Supports the routing/approvals of assets with Disney Games production, creative, and marketing teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, PR, Marketing) to secure feedback/approvals on all submissions
Maintain asset management tools/directories to track/coordinate deliverables
Assist with project management tools such as Airtable/Zendesk
Track all asset deliveries and ensure timely deliverables for assigned titles
Supports product mobilization submissions and asset distribution for products
Coordinate with regional teams on incoming/outgoing requests/approvals
Develop knowledge of brand relations partnerships, process, and the brands
Assist in building out IP Brand and character guides for all supported studios
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ability to think pragmatically, not just theoretically, and implement ideas
Strong teamwork capabilities and organizational skills with an eye for detail and thoroughness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
Proficiency in Keynote and knowledge of Photoshop or graphic software for presentations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in and passion for games, digital, brand support, and interactive experiences
Demonstrate affinity and familiarity with Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands
Education
You’ll be a current student or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date) pursuing a career in Brand Management, Gaming, Digital Media or other related fields
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
This internship is a hybrid position and requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 through January 2025
Fully available from Monday - Friday, Pacific Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Emeryville, CA or Glendale, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
