Job description
Leads group exercise classes on land and in water for employees, patients and members.
Lead safe and effective group exercise classes (land or water).

Educate participants on proper form, anatomy, contraindications, and modification of exercise moves.

Show respect and responsibility for class equipment.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
Preferred: Associate?s degree or Bachelor?s degree in exercise science, health promotion or clinical area strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: A minimum of six months experience in teaching group exercise classes.
Preferred: A minimum of one year experience in teaching group exercise classes
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
Drivers License | Valid Drivers License
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Required: A nationally accredited certification from a recognized organization or equivalent specialty certification such as ACE, ACSM, AEA, WaterArt, IFTA, AFAA, or Yoga Alliance.
PREFERRED
Preferred: A certification from ACSM is preferred.
