Actalent is Hiring for a BIM Survey Coordinator in the Lincoln, NE market!

Description:

The BIM Coordinator will meet each day with the crews and clients for the Lincoln Data Center Project

Lead the stretch and bend meetings-all contractors get together to talk about the plan for the day,

Supplies the crews with their daily staking calculations

Review the construction drawings for accuracy

Redline items that don't match the design

Atttend redline meetings with clients

Update construction maps/drawings based on redlines

Attend weekly synch meetings-what's happening next week, any updates on design changes

Help coordinate the crews-making sure everyone is prepared for the day

Top Skills Details:

civil 3d,carlson survey, gis, BIM 360,BIM,construction staking, land surveying, Surveying, redlining, Survey, construction

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 10 (will be trained if not certified)
• Site safety experience (will be trained on-site)
• Must him BIM, GIS and Civil 3d experience.
