Job Title: Project Manager - Life Safety System Programs
Location: Pentagon Building Management Office in Washington, VA.
Requirements:
As a Project Manager for Life Safety System Programs, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to life safety systems, including fire alarm systems, access control systems, emergency lighting, and more. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Duties:
- Be responsible for coordinating testing schedules for the technicians.
- Be available during standard hours of operation telephonically, and present on the premises during emergencies and monthly meetings.
- Manage the total work effort associated with the maintenance, repair, and all other services.
- Implement all necessary work control procedures to ensure timely accomplishment of work requirements.
- Plan and schedule work to ensure material, labor, and equipment are available to complete work requirements within the specified time limits and shall provide reports.
Education/Qualification: Be fluent in English.
Five (5) years direct project management experience for life safety system programs.
Must have International Code Council (ICC) National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors (NAFED) Certified as a Portable Fire Extinguisher Technician.
