The Role:
As a Quality System Manager at Thermon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead, train, and mentor a team of dedicated quality professionals, drive continuous improvement, and champion our commitment to meeting customer requirements and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success and reputation by establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality program for our San Marcos (TX), Houston (TX), Baton Rouge (LA), and our Global Engineering Centre in Mumbai (India).
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Quality System Manager. You will be responsible for analyzing production processes, developing and implementing quality system policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering and R&D) to resolve any quality issues. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality systems, excellent project management abilities, and strong attention to detail.
This is a full-time, onsite role in San Marcos, Texas.
