Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Team/Department: Manufacturing
Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $125,000

We are a Nashville based leading manufacturer of high quality mobile business trailers and all-electric luxury travel trailers.

We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production planning, quality control, manufacturing operations, and production management.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production planning, quality control, manufacturing operations, and production management
- Be responsible for operations management and ensuring the facility meets safety and compliance regulations
- Ensure production stays on schedule
- Assure products meet quality standards
- Write production reports

What You Need for this Position

- At least 1+ year of management or manufacturing experience
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies experience is a plus
