Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and facilitating informed decision-making processes. Your primary responsibilities will encompass budgeting, forecasting, and the development of comprehensive analyses, providing valuable insights into both historical performance and future opportunities. With our ambitious growth objectives, your expertise will be instrumental in establishing scalable reporting, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and analytical models to support organizational growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance drivers and elucidate the financial implications of business decisions.
Provide actionable insights through the interpretation of financial data, enabling stakeholders to make informed strategic choices.
Partner with the CFO and accounting team to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields such as investment banking, commercial banking, or private equity.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Proficiency in SaaS revenue recognition principles and familiarity with standard SaaS metrics and KPIs.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong financial modeling capabilities, including proficiency in constructing 3-statement models.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Patience, tact, and a collaborative mindset, essential for seamless interaction with remote teams.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Additional Information:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
Remote work options are available, with a preference for candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones.
Limited travel, approximately 5%, may be required for quarterly team meetings.
