Job description

as a Sales Representative you will learn sales techniques and reporting daily or weekly activity to a Field Sales Manager. Generally, focus on local market accounts and prospects and participates on key account sales teams. Frequently reports to a Field Sales Manager of a local sales office.


This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within San Juan del Rio and will report to Manager.



Key Responsibilities


Establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business.


Implement the value selling process with strategic customers.


Ensure that standardized service is provided (Frequency of visits, reporting, lab tests and service surveys).


Manage customer complaints minimizing charges arising from supply failures and quality issues.


Maintain updated information in the CRM system


Review the monthly and annual Sales Budget (Forecast).


Coordinate the launching of new products in the customers' lines following the Secure Launch procedure.



Qualifications


Knowledge of the powder coating, pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.


+ 3 years of field sales experience.


Bachelor's degree in engineering.


Fluent English.
