Job description
The purpose of the Analytics Product Manager is to assist in shaping the future of our analytics products and data models within the Data & Content Distribution pipeline. As the subject matter expert, this role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring that our analytics products not only meet but exceed organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, dashboard design, and digital content distribution.
Making an Impact
- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to develop, oversee, and manage the product roadmap of analytics products.
- Dashboard Integrity: Ensure the consistency and integrity of interactive dashboards, general content distribution, and other analytics products.
- Design Guidance: Provide direction on the design and functionality of interactive dashboards, working closely with a team of dashboard creators and designers.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dashboard & analytics product designers and data analysts.
- Advanced Analytics: Ensure that the analytics products address the descriptive and diagnostic questions posed by stakeholders, while also integrating predictive and prescriptive components to add value.
- Business Alignment: Ensure that analytics products and deliverables are in sync with business expectations and are delivered in the most effective manner.
- Backlog Management: Oversee the requirements backlog and product roadmap, ensuring timely updates and prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, ensuring on-time delivery and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Digital Content Expertise: Act as the go-to expert within the organization for all matters related to digital content distribution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly liaise with Data & Analytics COE leaders and business leaders to ensure alignment of data distribution strategies with organizational objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics and data distribution, and recommend improvements or new technologies to enhance the product suite.
People Leadership
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3-5 Dashboard Developers, User Experience Designers & Platform Administrators
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
- Leadership of the Reporting & Dashboarding team
- Participate, present in leadership meetings
- KPIs/SLAs related to delivery of dashboards/reports
- Project management/oversight
- Influential advisor to senior leadership
- Translate reports and dashboards to non-technical experts and deliver products that are accessible and actionable
- Communicate recommendations across functions and teams
Other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Required - Management: 2+ years' experience leading projects or teams in producing and utilizing data to produce business insights
- 3+ years business intelligence or analyst experience
- Technical: Proficiency in data and programming techniques and tools
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have - Advanced degree
- Experience or exposure to machine learning and AI tools

If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee.
