Job description
A Dispatcher is a professional who is responsible for maintaining the service technician’s daily schedules by ensuring that jobs are dispatched smoothly and coordinating with customers to provide precise logistics of job location and time.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with a positive attitude
- Create dispatches and prioritize calls
- Keep customer appraised of schedule and lead-times
- Schedule and coordinate sub-contractors
- Communicate with purchasing agent on parts ordered and ETA’s
- Clear and Concise communication with clients, department managers, and technicians
- Maintain client relationships
- Protect organization's values and mission
- Clean and organized desk
- Any other duty as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Active listener
- Geographic knowledge of Bozeman and Helena
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
