Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital marketing, the SEO Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Cornerstone’s search engine optimization ( SEO ) program.

The SEO Manager is pivotal in enhancing our online visibility and organic growth. We seek an experienced professional proficient in technical SEO , keyword strategy, and content optimization. The role involves collaboration with SEO agencies and close partnership with the localization team to ensure global relevance.

In this role you will be responsible for…

SEO Management

+ Manage and execute all stages of our search engine optimization program; from planning, budgeting, implementing, and monitoring.

+ Analyze data for cross-channel optimization opportunities.

+ Help set and work to performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and

+ which complements overall marketing and business objectives.

+ Partner with SEO agencies to execute and refine strategies.

+ Work with project management team to build protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, etc.)

+ Stay informed with the latest changes in online marketing and devise strategies to ensure we adapt to those changes.

Technical SEO

+ Lead technical SEO efforts, ensuring optimal website performance.

+ Conduct regular audits to address technical issues impacting search rankings.

+ Support designers, development, writers, and other marketing staff to develop webpages, web content, and conversion landing pages that adhere to best practices.

Content Optimization

+ Drive keyword research and strategy for on-page and off-page optimization.

+ Identify content gaps through competitor analysis and industry trends.

+ Work closely with the localization team for global market adaptation.

+ Collaborate with paid search teams for a cohesive approach.

You have what it takes if you have…

+ 5 + years of proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SAAS or B2B industry

+ Experience with development and implementation of SEO program

+ Experience working with content teams to develop campaigns creative

+ Experience managing external contractors & vendors

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

+ Excellent communication and collaborative skills

+ College Degree or commensurate experience in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

+ Excellent desktop computer skills including MS Office, and other publishing tools, specifically excel

+ Capability of working independently while also being a strong, passionate team player on projects

+ Combined knowledge of online marketing and product marketing preferred.

+ Understanding of web architecture
