Job responsibilities: optional remote work
- Deeply understand business and operation mode, and provide HR solutions and suggestions according to business development needs.
- In combination with the company's human resources planning, formulate recruitment plans and carry out recruitment work to achieve recruitment goals.
- Establish and improve the talent development and training system, including personnel incentive, training, promotion, etc., and conduct regular human resource analysis.
- Business department performance system construction and continuous optimization, performance system operation process tracking and feedback.
- Formulate and implement the Company's remuneration and incentive mechanism according to the development of the industry and the Company.
- Assist in promoting the formation of the company's philosophy and corporate culture, and build a good team atmosphere.
- Properly handle all matters related to employee relations, handle abnormal events in a timely and effective manner, and reduce employment risks.
