Job description
If you are a Director of Customer Success with a strong background in SAAS applications specifically CyberSecurity or DevSecOps, please read on!
1. Work with incredible clients while supporting an industry leader in AppSec, DevTools and DevSecops Applications, Tools, etc.
2. Our client was founded by serial entrepreneurs with an impressive track record of creating billions in market cap
3. Our product helps devops +devsecops teams secure their software at many critical points along the software supply chain primarily targeting how to secure products within that chain that are opensource
Developing, implementing and overall strategy delivery to ensure an customer experiences are at an all time high-level and taking ownership of client touch points
Designing systems for performance management and understanding customer behaviors to ensure satisfaction and acceptance
Participate in strategic meetings and representing the voice of the CSM team
Identify and implement processes that ensure best practices, tools, technologies and escalation around feature prioritization
