We're currently in search of a General Manager to join our dynamic Office property management team. Our mission is multifaceted:

You'll be at the helm, providing leadership to your team while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, all while overseeing the management of a high-rise office building. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring client and tenant satisfaction across all aspects of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, gain consensus for, and implement the Management Plan for assigned assets.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Oversee lease administration process and manage tenant relations.
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and oversee financial aspects of property management.
Facilitate alterations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
Act as a contact point for tenant service requests and lease enforcement.
Implement tenant retention strategies.
Collaborate with various teams to cross-sell services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Minimum seven years of experience in commercial real estate or property management, preferably in office settings.
Proficiency in budget preparation, financial reporting, lease negotiation, and documentation.
Real Estate license required within six months of assuming the position.
Strong communication, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software programs.
Location: On-site - Philadelphia, PA
