Job description
Position Overview: The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for driving the sales organizations success through operational excellence, customer service, and business process optimization. This position requires a proven leader with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills who is able to drive positive change through process improvement, data-driven decision making, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Sales Operations roadmap, processes, and policies.
- Maintain a brand-focused customer service approach in all sales operations practices.
- Create and manage a data-driven environment by leveraging CRM data, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the optimization of existing sales processes, business intelligence, and tools.
- Develop and implement SaaS-based business models.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure unified strategies and objectives.
- Identify and take corrective action when necessary to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and manage annual sales budget and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, and/or Sales Management.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
