CAR WASH SUPERVISOR - EXPRESS

What You’ll Do:

• Champion Exceptional Customer Service:  Be the face of our brand, delivering unparalleled customer service with a smile. Inspire your team to follow suit, setting the standard for excellence.
• Forge Strong Relationships:  Build rapport not only with your team but also with our valued customers, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and appreciated.
• Drive Operational Excellence:  Assist in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the site. From maintaining uniform standards to optimizing workflow efficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in our success.
• Empower Employee Growth:  Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing ongoing training and support to your team. Safety is our priority, and you'll be vigilant in identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Lead by Example:  Step up when needed, whether it's delegating tasks, de-escalating customer issues, or diving into the trenches alongside your team. Your hands-on approach sets the tone for collaboration and success.
• Maximize Profitability:  Keep a pulse on labor and production costs, contributing to our bottom line while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain Open Communication:  Regularly liaise with leadership to share insights, discuss challenges, and brainstorm ideas for improvement.
• Ensure Equipment Integrity:  Oversee car wash tunnel maintenance, ensuring our equipment is in top condition to deliver the best results.

What You’ll Bring:
