The Shop Mechanic position is a new, full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($40,000-$45,000 salary + 10% commission on every job), and future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays.

Lead Shop Mechanic Position Summary

The Shop Mechanic Position is responsible for overseeing maintenance activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed maintain shop efficiency, inspect vehicles, and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in Shocks, Struts, & Brakes
• Ability to mount, balance & install tires & wheels
• Alignment Experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift and organize heavy product

Other Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 60lbs
• Bilingual is a plus
