Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Sales and Marketing Team Lead In this role you would lead a small team of doortodoor canvassers to engage homeowners by going door to door to generate leads by setting appointments for our outside sales team. Schedule : Monday Friday: (Exact intime and outtime will be discussed during inperson interview) Weekends: OFF

8 hour shift

Daily Tasks:

• Plan out territories with team
• Train and mentor and drive a team of 812 people
• Talk with homeowners about Integrity Home Exteriors products and services
• Schedule a time for our estimators to complete an estimate for new customers
• Attend daily training meetings
