Job description
The Senior Marketing Coordinator works to implement creatively the strategic business plan supporting the sales and marketing efforts.
Preparation of responses to RFPs/RFQs
Manage CRM database of project history and prospective opportunities
Coordinate company advertising, marketing campaigns and award submittals
Maintain website updates and news including social media sites and email campaigns
Oversight on development and updating of marketing collateral, branded items
Enforce KCC brand throughout all documents and promotions
Work with VP Marketing and team on strategic marketing initiatives and goals
Liaison with 3rd party marketing firm
Creative: suggest ways to enhance and improve traditional strategies and practices, facilitate brainstorming, differentiate from competition, identify unique strengths and values
Analyze: track and measure success of initiatives, spot new opportunities, achieve long and short term goals, accurate and detail-oriented, sense of urgency
Collaborate: critical thinking skills, pull together teams to ensure success of pursuits, enthusiasm and understanding of the “big picture”
Technical: understand tech platforms and tools to deliver successful marketing initiatives, improve process flow
Perseverance: remain constant, align goals with Company strategy, positive attitude, high regard for oneself and others, overcomes obstacles with integrity, motivated to achieve
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
6+ years’ experience in marketing in construction industry or related
Microsoft Adobe Creative Suite
Bluebeam
Survey Monkey or similar
CRM Cosential
Umbraco, WordPress or similar
Social Media platforms
is capable of driving short distances to project sites and sitting for long periods of time at a computer
97% office environment and 3% field environment
