Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Palliative Care

Job Code: NP

Reports To: Clinical Team Leader of Palliative Care

Status: Exempt (Salaried)

FT, PT, PRN: Full-time

Shift: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8AM-5:00PM

On Call Rotation: Some nights and weekends phone call ( if included in contract)


Location: Provider will travel locally to see patients in Palliative Care in the following counties - Buncombe, Haywood, and Madison. Mileage Reimbursement Included.

Position Summary:

Provide patient care consultation and treatment to patients with serious illness with support from a collaborative physician.
