About the Role:

As the Vice President of Treasury Management, you'll play a critical role in developing new business and enhancing our bank's treasury fee income. This position requires a hands-on approach and will involve working directly with clients and prospects, identifying their needs, and recommending tailor-made solutions. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development of new deposit business and treasury fee income through active networking and engagement with professional groups.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and business banking officers to bring in new business, including team-based calling and presenting written treasury proposals.
Identify, present, and cross-sell treasury management and other products/services, ensuring our solutions meet the client's needs.
Conduct periodic reviews with key treasury management clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional needs.
Provide training for both new and existing customers to enhance their understanding and use of our services.
Attend networking events, regional meetings, and board meetings, representing our institution and building meaningful relationships.
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to see the sales cycle through from proposal to implementation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
A minimum of seven years of experience in treasury management sales or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Mail.
Experience with Bankway and Salesforce is a plus.
Certifications:

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is preferred.
