Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rental properties.
- Address tenant maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure the property grounds are well-maintained, including landscaping and exterior cleanliness.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations outside of regular working hours, as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the lifespan of equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
