Job Overview

Under general supervision from a higher level stationary engineer or other supervisor, supervises the operation and maintenance of steam power plant and central chilling plant on all shifts. This position will be assigned to maintenance or operations.

Essential Functions

Minimum Requirements

Must have a current third class Ohio (minimum) Stationary Engineer’s License and six months of experience as a Stationary Engineer Apprentice or five (5) years related experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED

Required Trainings/Certifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable record

Minimum third-class Ohio Stationary Engineer's license

Required Experience

Six (6) months experience as Stationary Engineer Apprentice

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  Shift: Varies Starting Pay Rate : $32.70 per hour Post Probationary Rate: $34.33   per hour
