We are in search of an Engineering Manager for their site in the Birmingham area.
You will manage the design engineering team and pattern shop of a 400-employee manufacturing plant in the utilities industry. You will be responsible for planning the engineering programs, reviewing designs and method recommendations, purchasing equipment, and ensuring that engineering activities align with organizational objectives.
