Contributions Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Contributions Coordinator to join our operations team! This is a rare opportunity to work with an experienced team of entertainment industry payroll experts and make a difference to our production clients.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

What you will do 

• Prepare and reconcile Pension, Health, and Welfare reports in Excel and Adobe
• Meet weekly and monthly reporting tight deadlines 
• Respond to department emails daily in a timely fashion
• Assist and support clients and union representatives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Assist in payment of weekly and monthly bills though NetSuite

• Assist Coordinators and Supervisors in their day to day tasks

• Effectively communicate with Payroll Adjustments and Labor Relations departments regarding adjustments and audits

• Including but not limited to other administrative duties associated with Contributions deliverables such as data investigation, reconciliations and audit outgoing benefits and reports

Who you are 

• 3+ years experience in Accounting Administration, similar to Accounts Payable 
• Must have advanced to expert level knowledge of Excel 
• Must be data computer focused
• Highly organized, accurate, with acute attention to detail
• Problem-solving orientation, looking for solutions, not just focused on accomplishing tasks
• Client-focused with the ability to be assertive
• Someone who loves a challenge
• Drive, friendly, approachable

SALARY RANGE:

$45,000-$55,000
