We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent.
The Group Sales Coordinator is an entry level position with a career path to the Sales arena. Candidates must be highly motivated and eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for assisting Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, entering bids into electronic RFP systems such as Cvent etc.
Additional tasks include assisting with marketing tasks, client events, and solicitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the Sales role, and progress to a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner and enjoys competition. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
The wage for this position is $25.50. This is the pay Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
