We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to help us with our ongoing projects in Roseville, CA, Baton Rouge, LA, or Denver, CO and nearby areas.As a project manager, you will lead an interdepartmental team to deliver assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency, while acting as a subject matter exert and resource for Project Engineers. You will manage all aspects of the project, from initial client contact and estimation, to supervision of construction and onsite functions, to technical assistance and change orders, to risk assessment and mitigation, to communication and collaboration with stakeholders. You will ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, and that it complies with all relevant regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. You will also perform additional assignments as directed by your supervisor.
- 6+ Years of Heavy Civil Project Management experience working for a self-performing contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Extensive project experience with grading, concrete, environmental remediation, wet utilities and/or infrastructure
- Strong background of working with Government Agencies - Federal/State/City
- HAZWOPER is a PLUS
- CQM cert is a PLUS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project and Excel
- Prior experience with HCSS, Agtek, Civil 3D, and/or Primavera P6 HIGHLY PREFERRED
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary depending on experience
