Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel-Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) to join our team. As a T-LPN at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to travel to different locations and provide essential nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the registered nurse or physician
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Provide basic nursing care, such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an LPN
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as required
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) is required
Benefits
Below is the job details;
Location: Hampton, New Hampshire
Class/Area: T-LPN/LPN
Pay Rate: $1,520 - $1,760 weekly base on experience
Sign On Bonus: $200 one time payment(on 2nd paycheck)
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 9 weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Shift, Days and Time: 3 shifts, 10:45pm-7:15am
Schedule: Bi weekly; Week one: Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Week Two: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 year of recent experience as a CNA
License Required: Active/ LPN License
Certificate Required: BLS
