What You Will Do:

Embark on an exciting journey as a Director of Business Solutions! This role, whether remote or hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a key part of our sales team. You'll be showcasing the incredible services and products offered by our company, creating meaningful connections, and driving new business revenue across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Exceed annual sales quotas for employee benefits and support services.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions, staying ahead of competitors.
Identify market opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and foster long-term relationships.
Generate leads, contact decision-makers, and lead compelling pitch logistics.
Collaborate with business leaders for strategic input on sales and marketing strategies.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage prospect clients.
Qualifications/Skills:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree.
Over 8 years of consultative sales experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
