$125,000 - $130,000

Doyen Search Group has been engaged to conduct a national search for an experienced Club Director for a club listed in the top-100 Platinum Clubs of America . The Club Director (similar to an AGM, Clubhouse Manager, or Director of Operations) is responsible for a year-round operation, with Spring and Summer being the high season. The Club Director must have proven talent, ensuring a world-class member experience and developing compelling programming and events. Reporting to the President, the CD has a talented, loyal department head team, including member services, , food and beverage, marina, and membership. This mountain location is ideal for an individual and/or family who loves small-town living and a wide variety of outdoor activities. The town offers a variety of dining and entertainment options, an excellent school system and state-of-the-art medical facilities.

The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $130,000.

Note: This position is not based in Boise, ID. The specific Idaho location of the club will be provided to qualified individuals who want to explore all of the possibilities the position has to offer.

Essential Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing or another related field.

·5 years experience in private club operations or related hospitality field.

·7 years management/supervisory experience.

· Clear & concise written and verbal skills.

· A "hands on" approach yet who works strategically in the process.

· Ability to create and manage budgets.

· Ability to plan, promote and manage events.

· Exceptional attention to detail in member files, processing, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

· Marketing experience with internal events.

· Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and other business agreements.

· Experience in Property Owner Associations or similar oversight committees.
