As a Medical Assistant - Temporary, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Review patient files for completeness to ensure compliance
• Review HR files for completeness to ensure compliance
• Assist with Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) projects
• Ensure programs, such as infection control, are operated properly

A few must-haves for Medical Assistant:

• Completion of Medical Assistant program
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry
• Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
