Job description

Interim Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist - Clinic Support for a local direct-hire permanent opportunity! Hours are Monday - Friday, 11:45AM - 8:15PM. Location: Maple Grove, MN Salary: up to $97,000/yr *Must be ARRT certified New Grads are welcome to apply! Description: Performs quality, efficient, and precise diagnostic Computerized Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in accordance with established protocols. CT Technologist will interact with patients, clinicians, and other clinic staff in a professional manner. Applies an understanding of protections, safety, and emergency procedures. Will train others on safely operating all MRI equipment and techniques. Responsibilities:

• Interacts with patients and responds to questions/concerns regarding the procedure.
• Documents all needed aspects of the procedure accurately.
• Maintains safe environment in procedure space.
• Uses Epic.
• Verifies all imaging has transferred to imaging storage and retrieval system.
• Communicates with supervisor and team.
• Demonstrates knowledge or diagnostic equipment and performs procedures with high degree of accuracy.
• Reports problems or issues with systems or equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• must have active ARRT certification
• must have BLS certification within last six months and continuously maintain
• ARMR required within twelve months after first shift solo within modality
• must be able to safely and efficiently operate the following: CT equipment, patient transfer devices, security systems, fire alarms, Three Dimensional workstations, emergency equipment, Power Injector, PC, printers
• must be willing to train and maintain competencies
