We are currently seeking candidates for a full time Director of Nursing opportunity near Hackensack, NJ. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on patient care being the driving focus in their work. Stable and growing private for-profit company.
Position : Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing Location : Hackensack, NJ

Director of Nursing Schedule : M-F

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• NJ Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least five (5) years of RN experience, preferably in an ambulatory or surgical environment
• At least two (2) years of RN management experience preferred
• Hospital/Infection control experience preferred
• Compliance training experience preferred
• JACHO Experience preferred

Director of Nursing Duties:

• Oversee 2-3 RNs
• Managing 3+ Room OR
• Scheduling Staffing & Overseeing Schedules
• State & Federal Safety Network Reporting
• Writing Policies & Procedures
• Maintaining Requirements For State, CMS, TJC Standards

Director of Nursing Salary:
