Job description

We are a prominent multi-practice law firm recognized for excellence in insurance law. Currently, we are seeking dynamic and driven associates with 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage to join our esteemed Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice.

Location: Multiple office locations with remote positions available.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to a diverse and challenging insurance coverage practice, handling first and third-party claims and litigation, and other related areas.
Engage in comprehensive research and produce high-quality written work.
Represent clients effectively in court and in client interactions.

Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage preferred.
Admission to the Bar in PA, NY, NJ, MA, or DE is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional research and writing skills.
Comfortable and confident in courtroom appearances and client interactions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
