We are looking for a marketing leader to own and drive Cranial Technologies' end-to-end marketing funnel for both patients and physicians. You will lead a team of individual contributors and agency partners, and will be responsible for driving success across both brand and financial outcomes through strategic brand marketing and communication, acquisition and retention marketing, and innovative growth programs, all with a strong foundation in analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy & management - lead Cranial Technologies' marketing-led growth strategy, defining tactical goals to deliver on topline ambitions. You will be responsible for setting and managing marketing budgets, channel mix, omnichannel coordination, brand and creative direction, as well as leading strategic marketing initiatives.
- Brand marketing and communications - act as a custodian of the Cranial Technologies brand, you will be responsible for shaping the brand vision and value proposition for physicians and patients, along with planning and executing brand research, marketing, and creative operations. You will also be responsible for shaping the creative and communication strategy for patients and physicians, including creative production for digital and traditional channels, content strategy, publishing calendar, and community management across different engagement channels.
- Acquisition and growth marketing - own Cranial Technologies' marketing-led growth strategy, defining tactical goals to deliver on topline ambitions. You will define KPIs and goals along the full decision journey, and lead a team of operators and third-party vendors to deliver on this strategy through digital and traditional/offline tactics. You will also work closely with stakeholders from digital product and technology, clinical ops, and sales to ensure connectivity across the journey, and apply conversion rate optimization practices to help optimize the journey as a whole.
- Loyalty and retention marketing - establish a loyalty and retention program for physicians, and an engagement program for patients to aid their journey. You will work closely with tech stakeholders to build and operate a structured marketing automation program (emails, SMS, etc.) to activate, engage and retain. You will define approaches and attributes for segmentation, define online and offline content tactics and delivery communication collateral for these segments.
- Analytics & insights - build a holistic measurement engine to understand the impact of omnichannel marketing efforts on business outcomes. This includes conducting brand research (e.g., brand trackers), user surveys, testing (a/b testing, incrementality tests), marketing performance reporting (across channels and tactics, audiences, campaigns) and building an end-to-end attribution engine.
What we're looking for: - 8+ years of experience in marketing and growth, including a strong understanding of brand-building, full-funnel online and offline marketing, retention marketing, and measurement across marketing and user journeys. Experience in marketing automation, non-traditional marketing channels (e.g., podcasts) or CRO would be a plus.
- Proven experience building and managing omnichannel marketing programs (performance marketing, brand marketing across online and offline channels), managing budgets, and balancing efficiency and scale depending on business priorities. Bonus points for experience in wellness & MedTech.
- 2+ years of experience leading own team (marketing and creative) and managing vendors, and working closely with stakeholders from technology, product and data. Experience managing in-house marketing and creative teams would be a plus.
- Strong communicator, able to deliver insights and results to various stakeholders across the business, including acting as a translator for non-marketing stakeholders (e.g., tech, commercial and medical)
- Ability to travel to our HQ in Tempe, AZ on a quarterly basis (25% - 30%)

- The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 and is dependent on applicant's relevant skills and experience.
