Duration: 3 Months(extendable)

Shift: Overnight- 11 pm – 7am

Duties: Purpose of Position: Under direct supervision of a licensed Nurse or other professional medical staff in a health care setting, performs a variety of clerical and health-related duties associated with patient care; performs related work. Examples of

Typical Tasks:

• Assists with physical care of selected patients. Performs assigned procedures such as changing of simple dressings, taking vital signs, giving enemas, etc. Records personal care given.
• Prepares patient for examination by performing assigned procedures such as temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight and measurements, and assists in the examination process and records findings on patient chart.
