We are looking for an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team.

 

You will report directly to the HR Operations Supervisor . You will be r esponsible for expediting and ensuring timely completion of the on-boarding process by communicating with the candidate and hiring manager via phone and email outreach regarding required deliverables, compliance-related items, training, and follow-ups for each stage. 

 

This is a hybrid role, 2 days onsite in Mooresville, NC.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in HR-related areas
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with iCIMS preferred
