We are seeking a Marketing Administrator who will be responsible for day-to-day CRM database operations and reporting in support of Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ master-planned community marketing strategies. You will provide administrative and operational support for the Marketing department and the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Sarasota and will report directly to the Executive Director of Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Traffic and Lead Generation: Work with the Executive Director of Marketing to generate qualified leads and traffic sufficient to achieve the company business plan.
- CRM/Database Management and Reporting: Manage lead generation software (Active Campaign) programs and automation. Monitor, manage, and maintain data quality within the marketing database. Review, evaluate, and analyze to improve the effectiveness of the various marketing automation.
- Builder Support: Database training and subsequent management to ensure the integrity of data entry.
- E-Marketing: This includes E-Blast graphic and content preparation, execution, and database management. Conduct A-B testing and list management and provide insights and recommendations to improve deliverability and open and click rates.
- Competition: Gather, report, and analyze monthly builder and community competition data.
- Results and Performance: Maintain and distribute weekly sales and traffic reports. Manage and produce month-end reporting, data analysis, realtor performance, and marketing performance reviews and survey results. Work with the marketing team to prepare builder marketing reports and, PowerPoint presentations, and ad hoc and specialized reports.
- Vendor Management: Where and when applicable, manage and oversee selected vendors and consultants to ensure seamless execution of projects and that services meet our budget, time, and production standards.
- Promotion and Events: Where and when applicable, assist and participate in special events such as neighborhood grand openings, Realtor events, and developer community events. Assist the Executive Director of Marketing and Lifestyle Director with content management of the “Amazon” store.
- Quality Control: The final product of any outgoing marketing effort must be of top professional quality. All work must be reviewed with a critical eye for compelling content and proofread in advance to ensure quality. The community must be visited regularly to inspect signage, builder lot signage, flags, and overall appearance. All collateral in use in general areas and builder models must be inspected to ensure compliance with company brand standards and accuracy. Web content must be viewed regularly for creative content and accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or advertising, and/or equivalent of four years minimum of experience
- Proficient experience in CRM/Database, marketing automation, e-mail marketing (Active Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
- Experience in project management desirable
- Advanced computer skills, excellent grammar and spelling, Microsoft Office
- HTML and Adobe Acrobat usage desirable
- WordPress or other website knowledge
- Communicates well in both written work and face-to-face interaction
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to juggle various projects simultaneously

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk and hear.
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.
- The employee frequently uses a computer keyboard, regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
