We are looking for a Production Manager to lead a team of production engineers, operations, and other personnel in the packaging industry.It is the production manager's duty to make sure that the workspace is suitable for a productive, safe, and healthy work environment. Make sure we select, develop, and oversee a better team of workers. Organize production activities to guarantee that production runs are completed on time, in accordance with schedules, and that the machines are changed over on time. Give the required guidance and oversight in a dynamic, ever-changing setting where problem-solving skills come quickly. Preserve budgetary control on operating expenditures.
- We are looking for a Production Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the packaging industry.
- Budgeting Experience
- Management/Supervisory Experience
- Experience being in a fast-paced environment
We are offering a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
