Job description

Malouf is seeking a motivated Software Support Technician to join our internal software team and provide support for our suite of internally developed software tools. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, efficiently handling support tickets for employees across our various facilities, promptly escalating complex issues to our software development team, and contributing to minor software development tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of some programming language (PHP a bonus)
• Familiar with relational databases (MySQL a bonus)
• Experience with Linux-based systems (Ubuntu a bonus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress

This is a full-time position with a set schedule.
