Job description

A local company in Greer, SC is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
Pay: Starting at $20/hr. 

Responsibilities: 

-Recruits and hires qualified people for positions that will ensure the success of missions.
-Develop and maintain business relationships with job stores, work centers, unemployment offices and employment resource centers in assigned site/sites 
-Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS

Requirements: 

•    Full proficiency in local language
•    Proficiency in English and Spanish
•    Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel basics proficiency) and Outlook
•    2+ years of work experience in a HR/Recruiting preferably in Manufacturing/Automotive
•    Client relationship building
•    Interviewing experience
