Job Description:

As a Financial Analyst reporting to the Manager, Budget & Reimbursement, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, maintaining, and negotiating budgets related to clinical trial activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting prospective reimbursement analysis in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Collaborating with various stakeholders including sponsors, CROs, and governmental agencies.
Reviewing clinical trial protocols, developing internal budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Negotiating budgets with sponsors and facilitating clinical trial billing administrative tasks.
Performing regular audits of clinical trials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Developing and distributing monthly financial reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in budgetary and fiscal record maintenance, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Experience managing Clinical Trials budgets.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with clinical contracts, budget development, and financial data analysis.
Physical Demands:

This role may require standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing. There are no special vision requirements, and occasional lifting of up to 25lbs may be necessary.
