Location: California-Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Los Angeles, Laguna Woods, Manhattan Beach, Corona Del Mar, Sunset Beach, Brea, Anaheim Hills, Huntington Beach
Description:
The Store Manager has 2-3 assistant store managers reporting to them. Has help from corporate and they are responsible for all discipline and evaluation of all staff. From merchandising to staffing, and hiring.
4-week training shadowing a Store Manager and working with the Director of Operations for SM
They Want someone who is resourceful and understands compliance in grocery. Holds people accountable and empathetic. Natural authority and people really like them. P&L experience inventory.
Bonus depends on budget and it's only a consideration.
Reports to the Director of Operations have been in the grocery for many years. Is a hands-on person and an advocate of people and appreciates and respects hard work.
