Job description
Dispatch Agent

Do you desire to: - Determine flight routes.
- Designate plilot(s) and aircraft for each flight.
- Record required fuel load.
- Record passenger and freight load.
- Prepare Flight Manifest forms.
- Conducts flight following duties.
- Notify the Director of Operations of any abnormal occurrence regarding any phase of operation.
- Responsible for notifying maintenance when advised by flight crews of maintenance issues.
- Ensure revision data company aircraft are forwarded to those aircraft as expeditiously as possible.
- Track and maintain crew operational legality.
- Assist with the financial recording and tracking for receipts and billings, as directed by the Station Manager or President.
- Monitors the departure of the flight form the place of origin and arrival at the place of destination, including intermediate stops and diversions.
- Passes along information about maintenance and mechanical delays encountered at place of origin and destination and intermediate stops.
- Advises the flight crews and the operation staff of any known conditions that may adversely affect the safety of the flight.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferably you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three (3) years professional work experience in aviation field operating under Part-135 or Part-121 preferred.
- Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
