Station Agent

Do you desire to: - Carrying out all functions of Ramp and Customer Service Agent positions.
- Meeting and unloading of aircraft.
- Processing and securing passenger luggage and freight.
- Loading and boarding of aircraft.
- Assisting passengers with special needs.
- Manage flight schedules, routings, passenger and freight loading, and reservation operations.
- Manage accounting, dispatch, and safety reporting activities.
- Daily operations of the station, including opening and closing.
- Carrying oneself with integrity, professionalism, and resourcefulness always.
- May be assigned to perform duties in a varying capacity, at the direction of management to ensure customer satisfaction.
You ideally possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid Alaska driver's license.
- Able to pass a 10 year background check and to work in the US.
- Subject to the 12-month training requirements for hazmat.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Self motivated and solution oriented to anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Able to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- Able to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
