Job Description
As a Returns & Warranty Associate you'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll receive and process inbound customer returns and resolve customer warranty issues by identifying the cause of the issue and determining the best solution via phone calls and emails. Each associate handles a set minimum of new customer interactions per day, as well as staying on top of emails already in their inbox so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and prioritize effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior customer service or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with personal computers and familiarity with Google Suite or equivalent business systems
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college preferred
- 2+ years of progressively responsible customer service or warehouse experience
- Prior reverse-logistics or merchandise returns experience
What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers via email and telephone
- Receive, inspect, clean, test, and re-box product
- Manage customer transactions within the company ERP database software
- Accurately document customer communications on customer records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding customer transactions
- Process customer refunds and provide status updates via email
- Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency to maintain a high level of productivity and drive customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Execute inventory transactions utilizing a computer-based warehouse management system.
- Perform general warehouse duties, such as material handling, breaking down boxes, and stretch wrapping pallets
- Pick, pack and ship warranty orders

Position Details
- Compensation: From $18.00/hr + DOE
- Type: Full-time
- Employee Status: Regular
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)
