37 hrs guaranteed. Goal is 40 hrs
TherapEBridge/NetHealth experience preferred (if not, see terms below).
Start Date: Asap (13 weeks)
If not trained in TherapEBridge/NetHealth, please do advise we do ask for all contractors to have 8 hours of unpaid time on our end for training on our documentation system..
Please alert your contractors prior to presenting that we require each to treat up to 12 patients per day and on the higher end, 13! This is non-negotiable

Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Florida, NPI NUMBER
