Job description
The Information Technology Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational systems, processes, tools, and overall organizational performance. As IT Systems Manager, you will oversee cross-functional technology and operations related projects in alignment with the organization’s long-term goals and shorter-term mission-critical activities. Key projects will include implementing a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and other technology solutions and managing the long-term IT roadmap.
This is a Maine-based (remote or hybrid) position). Candidates must already live in Maine or be in the process of actively relocating to Maine. What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Management, Business, or other similar field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in PM capacity.
- Experience leading strategy and operations, strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and facilitating organizational development/improvement.
- Experience with a professional contact relational management (CRM) system such as Salesforce is required.
- Experience working with geodatabases, especially experience with ESRI products.
- Advanced level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
- Strong data management skills, awareness of data governance and orientation toward data analysis.
- Prior experience using APIs to integrate systems and extracting data from systems to update information or drive workflows in other application systems.
- The ability to produce high-quality deliverables; organize and manage projects; coordinate cross-functional teams; and complete projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in different organization types (e.g., public, non-profit, and private sectors) preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000/year
