Job description

In this pivotal position, you'll be the champion of our product vision, leading the charge from ideation to execution. You'll lead our team of Product Owners and work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define requirements, prioritize features, and craft a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and delights users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unearth Opportunities: Conduct user research, gather stakeholder feedback, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Shape the Vision: Translate insights into a compelling product vision that inspires the team and resonates with target users.
- Guide the Journey: Create and prioritize product roadmaps that outline key features and functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Champion Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Storytelling Master: Translate user needs into clear, concise user stories that guide development efforts and ensure product features deliver real value.
- Data Detective: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine your product strategy.
- Impactful Communication: Champion your product vision internally and externally, securing buy-in from stakeholders and fostering excitement across the organization.
You're a Perfect Fit if You Are:
- A seasoned product leader: Possess 7+ years of experience successfully launching and managing software products.
- An agile champion: Adapt and thrive in iterative development environments.
- A technical translator: Clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A data-driven decision-maker: Use analytics to inform product choices and measure impact.
- A natural collaborator: Foster teamwork and build trust with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive leader: Navigate ambiguity and drive progress with confidence.
Bonus Points if You:
- Have experience in the medical, medical claims management, or insurance industry. An understanding of insurance claims processes is a bonus.
- Possess hands-on experience with development management tools like Azure DevOps, Figma, Jira, Trello, GitHub, ClickUp, ActiveCollab.
- Bring UI/UX design experience to the table.
