Your Role:

As our Vice President of Sales, you will:

Mentor and elevate our sales team by guiding them through the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a focus on developing strategies for presentations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
Exhibit an executive demeanor that builds trust and confidence among clients, team members, and executive leadership.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, providing insights into quarterly and annual performance metrics.
Design and implement sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to bolster the sales pipeline and enhance booking rates.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, leveraging insights to fast-track deal closures.
Stay attuned to market trends and competitive dynamics, crafting tactical strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Address client and organizational needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Cultivate a high-performing sales environment, setting and surpassing sales targets.

Who You Are:

Must-Have Qualifications:

A minimum of 10-12 years in a related sales role, with at least 5-6 years in managerial positions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven excellence in complex sales environments, showcasing top-tier achievements.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and strong computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable.
